NEI Receives AGC Safety Award

NEI Electric is proud to have received a Safety Excellence Award presented by the Associated General Contractors of Wisconsin for its 2009 safety record.

 
Larry Koenig, the NEI Electric safety director attended the AGC Safety Day in Eau Claire, WI on February 12th and was pleased to receive the company's award. 
 

Clinic Awarded LEED Silver Certification

The Peter J. King Family Health Center (United Family Practice Health Care) new clinic has been awarded LEED Silver Certification by the US Green Building Council.

The 52,000 square foot, two-story facility is located in St. Paul Minnesota and features energy efficient cooling, lighting, and controls to save energy costs over the lifetime of the building.

NEI Electric completed construction on this design/assist project in March 2009.

New ASHE Certifications

Congratulations to NEI Electric employees Andy Karstensen and DJ Clark of our Eau Claire, WI office and Paul Bryant of our St. Paul, MN office who have recently obtained their Health Care Construction Certificates from AHSE (The American Society for Healthcare Engineering).

With their certifications, our company now has 19 employees (officers, project managers and electricians) with ASHE certification.
